The town is steeped in history, architecture, and some of the kindest people I've met and its a short drive to everywhere i wanted to visit. Swell Desk is my "home" when I'm in that area of Portugal.

The owner has thought of everything. Even small details that ensure a pleasant stay have been considered. I had such a nice pleasant stay. Thank you! If anyone is considering this place, just go for it. It’s got coworking desks too, smart TV’s, it’s well lit and well ventilated. It’s just perfect.

Thoughtfully appointed, easy to live + work from.  Fast wifi, comfy beds, rainfall showers, lounge areas indoors and outdoors, & privacy as needed. Knowledgeable & kind host.  Highly recommend 🙌🏼

Lots of natural light, lots of space, well equipped and also well stocked spices and cutlery. It had everything I needed (desk, fast wifi, comfy beds and kitchen).

Our host is also the loveliest person ever and so helpful!

About The accommodation:
It’s a spacious apartment with a beautiful interior design. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. Everything you could possibly need for daily life—and beyond—is provided.

The living and workspace area offers several well-equipped workstations, making it easy to get work done. The Wi-Fi is fast and stable, making the apartment a perfect place for remote workers. All in all, the apartment is excellently equipped and well-organized.

The host, Averi, also pays great attention to the small details, so you feel comfortable at Swelldesk from the very first moment.

The apartment is located in a quiet, small town not far from the beach. The town has convenient shopping options, and the surrounding area is easily accessible by car or bike.

About the Host:
Averi is a wonderful host who is always ready to help and provide advice. She genuinely cares about making your stay enjoyable—and she absolutely succeeds! She also has fantastic insider tips for activities in the area, including restaurants, museums, events, beaches, and more.

Averi was an excellent host, and I loved staying in the primary room with my own bathroom. It was easy to catch Ubers to other nearby towns and to get to the beaches close by. The apartment was comfortable and felt very safe and well-kept. Highly recommend!

Averi made sure the arrival went super smoothly and offered equipment for me little one such as a baby bed and baby chair. The apartment is super well equipped - Averi offered me towels, I had my own private storage space in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom. I felt like home away from home! The apartment was super tidy, neat and clean too. Whenever we had issues or questions, Averi was super helpful and very responsive on social media when she was not there. 5 stars!! We‘ll be back ❤️

Ze stond altijd voor me klaar en had aan alle details gedacht. Dan het huis: de kamers, maar ook de coworking plekken zijn perfect ingedeeld en de sfeer is heel chill. Er is een supermarkt op loopafstand en je zit dichtbij Peniche. Echt een aanrader!
